Book Description
This book, keeping in view, the requirements of the students from Examination point of view has been divided into three parts. Part I covers various aspects of International Law. Part II deals with International Organization and Part III deals with Human Rights. International Law or Law of Nations is a dynamic law, which has been changing from time to time resulting in tremendous growth and development. One of the significant developments of the twentieth century was the emergence of International Organizations to strengthen inter-State relations and to promote International peace and security at global level. One of the major problems of the present day is the exploitation od human rights and there is an urgent need to take all appropriate steps, both National and International levels to curb/eradicate the exploitation of Human Rights. Human Right are the basic rights, which every individual is entitled to, and are inherent in human beings irrespective of sex, caste, creed, religion and nationality. But the importance of the Human Right had been realized and visualized only after the establishment of the United Nation Organization in 1945. In view of the great importance and tremendous growth in violations of Human Rights, elaborate study in this area has been recommended by the authorities and hence a separate part (Part III) is devoted in this book for the study of Human Rights.
