This rich anthology celebrates 75 years of a magazine that began as a hurriedly put-together newsletter with little expectation of permanence or continuity. But the National Rotarian, brainchild of Chesley perry and Paul Harris – and printed by their friend, Harry Ruggles – developed a life and substance of its own.
