This book is not another biography eulogizing Lenin. After the fall of Soviet Union and the opening of the archives of the erstwhile Soviet Government, the Communist party, the Central Committee of the party, Politburo of the Party, other organizations, and researchers have come across many of the facts on which this book is based. Within a short compass the author has tried to bring out the horrendous facts which clearly show Lenin to have been the main originator of terror as an instrument of state policy which later became more intensive during the rule of his successor Stalin.
