In case of the shipment being undelivered due to customer's absence, the order amount will not be refunded and the customer will have to pay extra shipping charges for reshipment of the parcel.

In order to ensure that we are able to process your return as quickly as possible, we kindly ask that customers provide a video of the book's condition prior to returning it. This helps us ensure that the book is in the same condition as when it was shipped to you and allows us to process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. 

When creating the video, please ensure that the cover, spine, and pages of the book are shown in detail. This will help us to accurately assess the condition of the book and expedite the return process. We understand that this may seem like an inconvenience, but we believe that it is necessary to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the book to ensure that it is in the same condition as when it was shipped to you. If the book is in its original condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item, minus any shipping fees. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed and credited to your original payment method.
